Berchard’s is a platform that gathers products from various online and offline retailers. Shipping charges are at the discretion of each individual retailer. When ordering, you will have the opportunity to select shipping method and preview shipping charges prior to completing your purchase.
Each Berchard’s shop is individually owned and operated. All of our artists, designers, retailers, brands and makers will carefully pack and ship your order to you directly, typically within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Custom items will take longer and this will be noted on the item page. Perishable items often ship more quickly. To ensure every order is delivered at the peak of freshness, many perishable food purveyors do not ship Thursday through Sunday, and some require additional packaging materials to ensure freshness during transit. Please review Shipping & Returns information with each retailer to clarify details for your order.
Sales tax is based upon the origin and destination of your order. You will be able to view applicable sales tax included in your order before you complete your purchase.

Berchard's only ships to the United States. We will be including international shipping in the near future. We will be sending out announcements when we begin offering international shipping.
As each Berchard’s shop is an individually owned and operated business, each shop has their own return policy – please review the return policy on any item(s) prior to purchase. To return an item to a shop, please contact the retailer directly to make arrangements. There are no returns on custom items, food or other perishables.
